Step-By-Step Guide:
- Click on the header ‘Sales Report’ to take you through to the page.
2. The sales report is made up of the following data:
- Date of sale
- Stock number
- Customer name
- Vehicle VRM
- Make/Model/
- Sales rep
- Sale price
- VAT
- VAT type
- Total
- Profit
3. The report automatically show you all sales from the last 30 days. The 30 days start from the actual sales date. The quick filter can be changed to show your sales made month-to-date, last month, last 90 days, last 6 months, last 12 months.
You can also further filter your data with the advanced filter option as per the below screenshots.
Here you can filter on a specific date range, Make & Model, Customer Name, Sale Price & VAT Type. You are also able to filter by sales rep & branch (available if you have multiple branches)
